Manhunt Monday: Law enforcement seek public’s help finding convicted sex offender
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office sex offender and registration tracking unit is looking for convicted sex offender Belisario Domingo-Martinez.
He was believed to be living in Socorro, Texas after failing to update his registration status, sheriff’s officials said.
He was recently released from custody on May 28, 2014 and on Aug. 16, 2014, sheriff’s officials say he cut off his GPS ankle monitor and absconded to Mexico.
The United States Probation Office issued a Federal Probation Violation warrant. An additional warrant was issued by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office for Sex Offenders Duty to Register/10 Years.
He is a registered sex offender following a conviction of Indecency with a Child (Exposure) where he exposed himself to a 13 year- old girl at the time of his offense.
He is currently on Federal Probation for Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana.
