El Paso Chihuahuas to host winter banquet Jan. 14 with San Diego Padres general manager

The El Paso Chihuahuas will have its Inaugural Winter Banquet, A Night of Giving, next week.

The event, presented by Team 600 ESPN El Paso and Sierra Providence Health Network, will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wed. Jan. 14 at the Centennial Banquet and Conference Center on Fort Bliss.

Individual seats begin at $75 each or a table of 10 is $700 and includes a plated dinner and live auction.

San Diego Padres general manager AJ Preller is the featured guest, alongside Chihuahuas field manager Pat Murphy and Chihuahuas first baseman Cody Decker.

The format will be a question and answer style program from audience submissions with the voice of the Chihuahuas, Tim Hagerty, serving as emcee.

Proceeds benefit the Special Olympics Texas – Greater El Paso Area.
