Firefighters battle house fire ‘defensively’ after it reignites

El Paso firefighters had to battle a house fire again on Tuesday after they extinguished it Monday night.

The first happened in a two-story house at 117 Lake Saint Pierre Court in a colina east of Horizon city and Agua Dulce.

The house was in danger of collapsing and firefighters had to take extra precautions to stay safe.

ABC-7 confirmed that the house caught fire Monday night, and for some reason, reignited early Tuesday.

Firefighters have not been able to enter the home yet, so they still don’t know if this is a case of arson.

No injuries were reported, and firefighters also said the home looks to be vacant.
