Pedestrian in early morning collision on Sunday has died

A pedestrian involved in a collision at 4800 Dyer early Sunday morning has died.

The pedestrian has been identified as 35-year-old Andrew Carlisle of Fountain, Colo.

Carlisle died Wednesday, April 22.

El Paso Police’s Special Traffic Investigations continues to investigate the collision and charges are pending.

This is the fourth pedestrian to die on El Paso roads in 2015 compared to seventh pedestrians to die during this same time period in 2014.
