Bob Hoy, the owner of the Hoy-Fox Dealership dies

loss in the local car dealer industry after dick poe. hoy was the founder of hoy fox dealership and was the 12th texas car dealer to get the texas automotive dealers association’s legend award. the 81-year- old car dealer was also a city councilman and attorney. there’s still no word on his passing but he will be dearly missed by el paso.
