Car show raises money for veterans
Dozens of people in Las Cruces spent their Saturday morning admiring cars with Vietnam veterans.
Hot-rods and vintage cars were parked off Telshor to help raise funds for a new veterans memorial.
Besides the fancy cars, people were able to get pictures with a huey helicopter, which will soon be mounted at Veterans Park.
Vietnam veterans we spoke with say they are happy with the support from the community.
