Prank gone too far?

more than 2- thousand likes and hundreds of comments. this was the scene at the fountains of farah this morning. it looks like a bubble bath on steroids!! what caused it … or better yet … who made that mess? abc-7’s jerry najera is live with the story … rick estela it’s crazy how many people have been talking about this story. i spoke with management at the fountains and they suspect this was a prank. and people i spoke with today have different opinions about it “it was crazy” “i thought was funny…really really funny” shoppers at th fountains of farah are talking about this picture a viewer sent us thursday morning. if you take a good look some of those suds are about 12 feet high. when abc-7 cameras arrived we found maintenance workers rinsing off the soap. they say they found two gallons of dishwasher soap left behind it took them about two hours to clean up the mess. “not many things like that happen here in el paso so it’s kind of funny when things like that happen” others say it’s u original “it’ kind of funny but it’s kinda ol’ school” some don’ seem to be amused– facebook viewers like patti say “this city doe try to have nice things and compete with other big cities, but there’s always someone to mess it up.” josie wrote: “someone out there has total lack of respect for other’s property.” and maybe that’s why management at the fountains of farah say it already has the culprits on camera and it’s turning over the video to the proper authorities. fountains of farah management says legal action awaits for anyone caught doing this and police say those responsible can face charges and pay a fine if the property owner wishes to press charges. rick estela. to stormtrack weather now! let’s get
