university health and sciences center are paired to a residency program. the doctors to-be apply to programs around the country. and today they found out where they will be starting their careers. abc- 7’s jerry najera has the story: first they deliver the box.. students eagerly anticipate the news and then a quick countdown 5,4,3,2,1 after 4 years of hard work and dedication students are so nervous they can’t even open their boxes and then they know “im going to be a surgeon” “im going to be going int neurosurgery” wit close friends and family nearby students shed tears of happiness and give hugs of joy. many going to prestigious schools and hospitals “th university of alabama at birmingham” “im going avinton in pennsylvania” “vandervilt” f students like ethan tabian it’s a major life change and a career path that will shape his future .. “it’ going to take some time to process” “i know i going to a great place im really excited im going to be there 7 years it’s going to become my home” our mild and warm weather conditions
