Police investigating stabbing at Five Points Bistro Bar
A stabbing Thursday afternoon at the Five Points Bistro Bar resulted in the hospitalization of a 39-year-man with serious stab wounds, police said.
A second victim, described as a 46-year-old male, was also treated at a hospital after he was assaulted, but not stabbed.
An investigation revealed the two men got into a fight with four other men inside the bar, located at 3019 Montana in Central El Paso.
Police said they have a 35-year-old male in custody.
“The names of the individuals involved in this case will be released as soon as the investigation reaches a point that their release will not hinder this investigation going forward,” a news release states.
