UPDATE: Stepson allegedly stabs man in East El Paso
A man was stabbed by his stepson, who then took off Tuesday morning, police said.
Arturo Fabian Prieto, 47, was taken Del Sol Medical Center with injuries not considered life-threatening.
The stabbing happened shortly after 2 a.m. on the 200 block of Gus Moran.
Charges are pending against the stepson, though police have not released his name or age. Police said the stepson left before officers arrived.
