I-10 East reopened as police clear wreck involving three vehicles

I-10 East has reopened at Tony Lama as police cleared a collision involving three vehicles near I-10 and McRae.

I-10 West was also closed for nearly an hour at McRae and traffic heading west backed up to Zaragoza at one point.

ABC-7 is working to get an explanation as to why the freeway was closed in both directions if the wreck happened on the eastbound lanes.

ABC-7 has learned two cars and a pickup were involved in the wreck. We are working to confirm the severity of the injuries suffered by those involved.
