Khalid’s family will hand out gifts at an El Paso-area school Wednesday

The mother and sister of Grammy-nominated performer, and Americas High School graduate, Khalid, will be giving away Christmas gifts to students at Ernesto Serna School, the Socorro Independent School District announced Tuesday.

Linda Wolfe, Khalid’s mother, and his sister will be handing out the presents at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2017. The school is located at 11471 Alameda Avenue.

The school district Khalid’s family will be joined by members of Serna’s National Junior Honor Society students, who also collected toys for the children.

Monday, Khalid himself visited Crockett Elementary School, where he personally handed out 500 gifts to the school’s students.
