Robinson Ave open after months of construction

After years of construction and delays, Robinson Avenue to Scenic Drive is back open.

The stretch of road had been closed shortly after construction began in 2016 from Kingery Drive to Rim Road, creating a detour for drivers heading to Scenic.

The project had been pushed back for months due to conflicts with various utilities with infrastructure in the area.

Crews are still working on the final section of the project, which is Rim Road to Robinson, as well construction clean-up and landscaping details.
