UTEP Football held their weekly press conference Monday

UTEP will take on LA Tech in Ruston, Louisiana this Saturday

The 0-6 Miners have been improving in all facets of the game regardless of what their record is.

The Bulldogs are 4-2 and look to improve on that record and get one step closer to bowl eligibility.

At his weekly press conference, UTEP head coach Dana Dimel spoke about the balance LA Tech has in its offense.

Dimel then went on to praise the UTEP offense for the improvements they’ve made throughout the season.

Dimel expanded on how important special teams are saying, “We need to make some plays on our special teams. That will really be crucial for us in this ball game. In our special teams we’re starting to get some continuity back, you know, with some guys coming back from injury this week. It will help our special teams to get back on track and do some things that will help us win a football game.”
