TRAFFIC ALERT: I-10 west at Downtown reduced to one lane
El Paso police said the Crisis Management Team was Exit 19 and 19B of I-10 west, which is the exit to downtown, on Tuesday evening.
Police said there was a person on the overpass ledge.
Three of the westbound lanes are closed as of 8:30 Tuesday evening the traffic back up was reaching past the Piedras Exit. There is no word yet on when the freeway is expected to fully reopen.
