Franco says she was coming home from visiting her sister and that all day she felt like something was wrong and that she couldn’t believe that it was her home that was on fire.

Franco’s 4 grandchildren, ages 3,6,7 and 11 were all home at the time of the fire.

All of them made it our safely thanks to a neighbor who went inside the home to evacuate the two children who were still inside.

The neighbor had to be taken to the hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation.

The home was completely destroyed and a vehicle that was parked near the home was also damaged.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.

The Franco family is receiving help from the Red Cross, but they could use some additional assistance.
