EL PASO, TX- Mostly sunny skies and warming temperatures are expected today and into Tuesday across the Borderland.

Sunday highs will reach the lower-70s in many places, with mid-70s expected Monday and Tuesday. However, a major change in the weather is
expected as a series of upper level disturbances and some tropical
moisture look to arrive Tuesday night.

Widespread rainfall and a few thunderstorms are expected across the region late Tuesday and into early Wednesday. Showers will largely taper off on Wednesday, but a second round is expected Wednesday night into Thursday.

Dry conditions and slightly cooler temperatures are expected heading into the weekend.
