Sentencing resumes for El Paso man found guilty of murdering Erika Gaytan

EL PASO, Texas -- The sentencing of Ricardo Marquez, the man found guilty of murdering Erika Gaytan, resumed at the County Courthouse at 8:30 a.m. Monday. A decision is expected later today.

A jury found Marquez guilty of murder Thursday.

Marquez was accused of killing Gaytan in July of 2019 after a concert. Her body has not been found.
