ABC 7 StormTrack Weather: Quiet pattern persists through the weekend

For today, quiet conditions will continue with lows in the 30s and highs in the 60s.

These very comfortable, fall-like conditions will persist through the weekend into the middle of next week before the next system arrives ahead of Christmas.

If you are looking forward to going to the Pan American Center in Las Cruces to watch the New Mexico State University Aggies basketball team face the University of the New Mexico Lobos, the weather is going to be nice. Mostly calm conditions with temps in the upper 40s and 50s.

Likewise, this weekend if you are planning to travel to Albuquerque for the New Mexico Bowl, conditions will be favorable for some bowl game football! At kickoff and halftime, it will be in the 50s with calm and clear conditions. By the time you are heading home, it will be clear with temperatures around the 40s and 50s.

With next week's pending system, there is a slight chance for precipitation, but it's not looking too promising as of right now.
