Jefferson Silva High students host Health Care Fest

El Paso, TEXAS (KVIA) -- Jefferson Silva High School Health Magnet students who are members of Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) are hosting a Health Care Fest. It happening February 1st from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Jefferson Silva High cafeteria located at 4700 Alameda Avenue El Paso Texas 79905.

They are inviting several organizations including the fire department and hospitals to have health screenings and various activities for the community. HOSA members want to help the community gain awareness for certain disparities and say they are striving to impact the community in various ways. The fest is part of a competition in an event called MRC Partnership.
