4 people sent to the hospital following crash near McNutt & Paisano

Update: The Sunland Park Fire Department says 4 people have been taken to the hospital, calling the crash "serious." They add they assisted the El Paso Fire Department with the response efforts.


EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Four people were sent to the hospital following an early Saturday morning crash near the Texas-New Mexico state line, according to the Sunland Park Fire Department and El Paso fire dispatch officials.

The crash happened just before 2:30 a.m. near the intersection of McNutt Rd. and Paisano Drive.

ABC-7 crews witnessed two cars on the scene that were heavily damaged in the crash.

Fire dispatch officials say the three people that were taken to the hospital received non-life threatening injuries.

ABC-7 is still working to find out what led up to the crash.
