Power lines down on I-10 in West El Paso
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Power lines are down on I-10 near Mesa. Traffic is backed up in the area as a result.
El Paso Police Department officials say that I-10 east and westbound are closed. They say the fiber optic utility lines went down after a crash in the construction zone near the Mesa exit.
Police ask all drivers to expect delays, avoid the area if possible, and to find an alternate route.
