EL PASO, Texas -- The Texas Department of Public Safety issued a Silver Alert on Wednesday night for a missing and endangered elderly woman from El Paso.

Authorities said 77-year old Sandra Muriel Kimzey was last seen in the 8500 block of McFall Drive about 5 a.m. Wednesday.

Kimzey's "disappearance poses a credible threat to her own health and safety," the DPS alert said.

She was described by authorities as 5'6", weighing 155 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.

Kimzey was said to be driving a silver 2019 Hyundai Tucson with Texas Purple Heart license plates PH2MJN.

Kimzey suffers from dementia and is in need of medication, according to authorities, who asked that you call El Paso police at 915-832-4400 if you know of her whereabouts.
