Street closures after train derails in Central El Paso

UPDATE: The El Paso Police Department reports I10-East and West between Cotton and Downtown are closed due to the multi train cars that derailed earlier today.

Police say Willow, Yandel, Texas, Missouri and Cotton streets are also closed. Please seek an alternate route.

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- A train derailed Thursday on Cotton Street near Montana and Wyoming Avenue.

The El Paso Fire Department said no injuries were reported so far. EPFD is assessing the derailment.
