El Paso Water launches app to manage payments, water use

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso Water customers can manage their water use and payments through a new app.

The utility said the MyEPWater app will make it easier for customers to manage their accounts, monitor usage and access information to help save water -- and maybe some money.

Users can set up customizable alerts, pay their bills and view payment history.

EPWater said it hopes the app will modernize customer service and make managing water more convenient.

The app is available to download for Apple and Android devices. The utility said to search for "MyEPWater" in their app store.

Existing My Account users can sign in with their current credentials, while first-time users can register through the app.
