Las Cruces drying out from weekend storm that caused dangerous flooding

Storms flooded parts of central Las Cruces on Saturday night, stalling at least one vehicle.

Stacy Parks recorded this video above, which shows water rushing around a car on Missouri Avenue. Police were also on scene.

“The cop was so nice!!” Parks wrote. “Tried to offer help!!

A spokesman for the Las Cruces Police Department confirmed there were no storm-related injuries overnight within city limits.
