Oceanside (KGTV) — A UPS driver called for help Wednesday night after discovering a stabbing victim in an Oceanside parking lot.

Oceanside police told 10News the man was found at Neptune Way and North Pacific Street just before 6 p.m.

The victim, who is Hispanic and in his 40s, had multiple stab wounds to the torso and arms, police said. He was airlifted to the hospital and underwent surgery.

The victim’s injuries were not considered to be life-threatening.

A witness told 10News that she saw two men attacking what looked like someone on the ground. However, she saw it from a distance so she couldn’t give a very good description of the two men.

Police say they are continuing to look for the attackers.
