Sheriff deputies arrest a man, charged with public intoxication and evading arrest
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) - El Paso County Sheriff deputies responded to disturbance call along the 800 block of Coach Rd just after 1 p.m. Friday.
Deputies say they saw two men who were about to get into a fight.
As deputies approached the two men, one of them fled and a chase ensued.
22-year-old Israel Perez was taken into custody and charged with evading arrest or detention and public intoxication.
Perez is currently in the El Paso County Jail under a $2,000 bond.
