EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso Police say officials arrested 34-year-old Tristan Crabtree on a murder charge Friday. They say he was picked up by the USMS Lone Star Fugitive Task Force.

Officials accuse Crabtree of murdering 35-year-old David McLeskey on May 30 on the 10700 block of Sunstone in Northeast El Paso. Officers were called out to that address and reported finding McLeskey on the ground with gunshot wounds. He died at the hospital.

Crimes Against Persons investigators then took over the case. They tracked down Crabtree and issued a warrant for his arrest. They booked Crabtree into the El Paso County Detention Facility on a $2,000,000 bond.
