Water rescue team removing body from Lower Valley retaining pond
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso Fire Department water rescue teams are trying to get a body out of a water retaining pond in the Lower Valley.
This is happening near Alameda and Cadwallader.
Fire officials have reported one death. They have not reported any injuries.
