Update: ABC-7 obtained new court documents that state Angel stabbed Alberto with a kitchen knife that had been laying in the sink.

Two people inside the house witnessed the alleged murder and provided statements to police. They are both recorded as telling police they saw Angel stab Alberto.

The argument that started the physical fight was over Angel's decision to invite some people over to the family's home, according to court documents.
