All southbound lanes on Zaragoza near North Loop blocked due to ‘water leak’
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- A water leak caused emergency crews to shut down all southbound lanes of Zaragoza between North Loop Drive and Alameda Avenue.
According to a warning posted to the Texas Department of Transportation's traffic map, the leak is under repair right now.
Officials have not yet been able to provide a clearing time. Avoid driving in this area if possible while crews work to fix the leak.
