Mexican Authorities and the FBI exchange prisoner

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) - On March 7, Mexican authorities and FBI agents from El Paso met at an El Paso Port of entry to exchange a prisoner and two minor children.

According to the FBI El Paso the man took his children to Mexico and asked allegedly asked for ransom for their return.
