ABC-7 First Alert: Flood Watch issued for El Paso and Las Cruces until Wednesday night; TURN AROUND, DON’T DROWN

The National Weather Service in El Paso has issued a Flood Watch for multiple counties until Wednesday Night. This includes Culberson, Dona Ana, El Paso, Hudspeth, and Otero Counties. Multiple showers and thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday, most of the activity Tuesday evening and overnight.
