Damage assessment portal available for residents affected by flooding

DOÑA ANA COUNTY, New Mexico (KVIA) - The Doña Ana County Office of Emergency Management is making an assessment portal available for all residents affected by the flooding.

Residents will be able to report damage to their properties or businesses from the heavy rain and subsequent flooding.

The information provided on the portal will allow the county to "document the impact of the recent heavy rainfall that occurred through the County causing widespread flooding and damages to homes, vehicles, and property," said the county in a release.

Resident may also call 211, Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
