Week 2: Sweet Play of the Week; Travon Ware & the Andress Eagles

Running back Travon Ware and the Andress Eagles are the winners of the Sweet Play of the Week for week 2.

During the team’s game against Chapin last Thursday, Ware took a handoff from QB Jeremiah Toskey up the gut and bounced off a preliminary tackler.

A swarm of Huskies defenders then enclosed on Ware, but the 5-10, 267lb. Ware dragged as many as 8 defenders forward before breaking loose for the Touchdown run.

The Andress Eagles are currently 2-0 this season with a big game coming up against El Dorado on Thursday.
