The Las Cruces Bulldawgs are riding some momentum as they head into the first round of the state playoffs.
After defeating cross town rival Mayfield on Friday, the Bulldawgs secured another district title.
Wednesday, the Las Cruces Bulldawgs were also awarded the Sweet Play of the Week.
Wide receiver Ricky Clark made the winning play after scoring a touchdown off a pass from quarterback Marcos Lopez.
