UTEP starting point guard Jordan Lathon returns to team, decides not to transfer
EL PASO, Texas -- Sophomore point guard Jordan Lathon is returning to the UTEP Miners, per a report confirmed from ESPN 600 El Paso.
Lathon enterered the transfer portal last Sunday, but now he rejoins the team as they’ve begun their Conference USA schedule.
Lathon led the team in assists and rebounds, and had started every game prior to announcing his intention to transfer.
The dynamic point guard was an all-freshman performer in the conference a year ago.
UTEP (9-6) will host Southern Miss on Thursday at the Don Haskins Center, with tipoff set for 7 p.m.
