Adrian Ochoa, sports director

Adrian is proud to call himself an El Pasoan. Born and raised in the Sun City, he graduated from Eastwood High School in 2002.

He grew up a fan of UTEP sports, so there was no doubt where he wanted to go to college. Adrian graduated from UTEP in 2006 with a Bachelors in Communications Electronic Media.

While attending UTEP, he served as an intern at KVIA and slowly worked his way up the ranks.

Adrian has been with KVIA since 2007. First as a production assistant, then a photographer and news producer and now as sports director.

Adrian is a big fan of El Paso sports. If the Miners or the El Paso Chihuahuas are in town, you'll likely see him at the games cheering them on.

He's also a fanatic when it comes to pro-wrestling and he's got the ticket stubs to prove it. He's been to 8 Wrestlemanias across the country and frequents local wrestling shows.
