UPDATE: El Paso Fire reports one person was transported to the hospital after a canal rescue, and another individual was not located. In the last report, Customs and Border Protection continued to search for the individual.
EL PASO, Texas -- Emergency crews have pulled one person out of a canal at Border Highway and Paisano. One other person may still be in the canal.
According to fire dispatch, the person who was pulled out was undergoing CPR.
