Man accused of threatening victim with a gun
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 19-year-old man Monday for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
According to deputies, Giovanni Ruiz pointed a handgun at a victim and threatened the victim's life.
Ruiz's bond was set at $50,000.
