Man killed after being struck by vehicle in Lower Valley
EL PASO, Texas -- A man was struck by a vehicle and killed Monday evening in El Paso's Lower Valley.
The incident happened at North Loop Drive and Emerson Street.
Authorities said the pedestrian was hit about 6:05 p.m. and police traffic investigators were summoned a short time later to determine who was at fault for the city's first pedestrian death of the year.
