El Paso, Texas-- Dry conditions will persist this week along with seasonably warm temperatures.
By Tuesday, highs will range from 5-12 degrees above normal, with some areas possibly breaking high temperatures
records by mid-week.
A weak upper low will aid in bringing in some high clouds on Thursday night.
