ABC-7 First Alert: Strong to severe storms will be possible Tuesday afternoon in El Paso and Las Cruces
The ABC-7 First Alert continues Tuesday. The day starts nicely, but the storms will increase throughout the day.
The showers and thunderstorms will develop and move across the area late this afternoon into the early evening hours. Some spots may see heavier rainfall which may result in localized flooding. The best rain chances will be east.
A few storms may produce 1 inch or greater hail. The skies will be partly cloudy, with the low 90s temperatures below average for this time of the year.
