ABC-7 First Alert: Remnants of Tropical Storm Harold move through the Borderland

The ABC-7 First Alert continues for moderate to heavy rainfall from Tropical Storm Harold. Rainfall could be heavy at times on Wednesday with some flooding in parts of the region. Temperatures will be cooler, reaching the low to mid 80's.
