El Paso, TX (KVIA)- Good Morning, Happy New Year! Expect cooler temperatures on Tuesday with a few rain showers and mountain snow. Precipitation totals will be low. Skies should begin to clear out this afternoon. Expect highs in the upper 50s and low 60s.
