EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Temperatures will once more trend above average as rain chances begin a steady increase.

We woke this Tuesday morning to mild conditions. Temps were in the upper 70s. Your lunchtime temperatures will lean above average. El Paso is expected to reach a a high of 96, Las Cruces is expected to reach a high of 95.

Temperatures throughout the week will trend above average staying shy of triple digits.

Expect rain chances to rest at a 10-20% chance today with storm chances increasing as we continue our workweek.
