ozone

A strong ridge of high pressure will remain over the Borderland
for the rest of the week allowing temperatures to soar above 100
degrees.
The weather pattern will change by the end of the week, a change in the weather pattern will take place Friday as the ridge breaks down this will allow a slight increase in rain chances.

The TCEQ has issued an Ozone Action Day for the El Paso Area from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You can help prevent ozone pollution by sharing a ride, walking, riding a bicycle, taking your lunch to work. Sensitive groups should limit time spent outdoors.
