A cold and humid start Thursday morning with temperatures in the 30s and 40s. This afternoon temperatures will be on the cool side for late March only hitting the mid and upper 60s. The winds will be typical for Spring in the borderland with gusts around 25 to 30 mph. Some areas could experience blowing dust in the afternoon
