ABC-7 First Alert: Dangerous heatwave continues, near-record highs by the end of the week

The ABC-7 First Alert continues for dangerously hot temperatures this week. We will remain hot and dry for the next several days with potential record values Friday and Saturday. Be sure to drink plenty of water and avoid being outdoors during the hottest time of the day. Triple-digits will stick around through Monday with a chance for rain Sunday and Monday. A Heat Advisory will be in place through Friday.
